Hutton wears Spurs

News reaching “winning is everything” suggests that Tottenham have completed the transfer of defender Alan Hutton from Scottish powerhouse club Rangers.Signing for a fee believed to be in the region of £9m, the 23-year-old Scotland right-back joins centre-back Jonathan Woodgate as Spurs increase their defensive abilities.
Hutton has garnered praise from many managers in the past year including Sir Alex Ferguson, leading to rumors that he would become legend Gary Neville’s replacement in the summer, but Tottenham have stolen a march on other interested clubs by securing the transfer in January.
This may spell the end to Chimbonda’s Tottenham career with rumors that he will leave as soon as this January window.
