The end of Nugent

Milan BarosPortsmouth have completed the loan signing of Milan Baros from Lyon.

Baros will spend the rest of the season at Fratton Park.

The ex Liverpool and Villa front-man passed a medical on Sunday and his move is now sealed.

Portsmouth already have Benjani and Nugent, with Kanu and Utaka to come back from the African Cup of Nations. “Winning is Everything” thinks that the loser in all of this, at least for this season, will probably be Nugent, who has enjoyed little of his time on the south-coast.

Baros is expected to make his debut for Portsmouth against Manchester United on Wednesday.
