Also Promoted – Carlisle United
Play Offs – Doncaster, Southend, Notts Forest, Leeds
Relegated – Port Vale, Luton, Bournemouth, Millwall

League Two Winners – MK Dons
Also Promoted – Peterborough, Hereford
Play offs – Darlington, Rochdale, Stockport, Wycombe
Relegated – Mansfield, Wrexham

Conference winners – Aldershot
Play offs – Torquay, Burton, Exeter, Stevenage
